Ray spent 30 years in America’s private and public schools as a teacher, coach, department head, collegiate faculty member, and school administrator. A transformational life experience set him on a path to create the Jorgensen Leadership Center.
Along the way to designing, implementing and directing JLC, Ray received a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from St. Francis College in Brooklyn, N.Y. and a Master of Science in math from Fordham University in the Bronx. After moving to Florida, he continued his studies at Nova University and the University of South Florida to receive post masters certifications in Administration, Supervision, and Leadership. He holds a Doctoral degree in Systems Thinking and Organizational Learning.
Today he provides leadership development consultative services to a variety of public and private organizations. Jorgensen Leadership Center has helped a multitude of clients including:

So, what is JLC about and how does it help my leadership team?
In a nutshell, Dr. Jorgensen uses three leadership capabilities to initiate and steward change within the leadership of an organization: conversational, aspirational and systems leadership. These leadership capabilities are designed to guide participants through a process that engages and informs them about communicating candidly and clearly to align the organization or team’s efforts to accomplish its’ dreams, draw out and use the best thinking of a team when and where needed, resolve workplace conflicts and other situations that hamper effectiveness.

Getting started with JLC & transforming your team
Jorgensen Leadership Center has many offerings to help you transform your leadership teams. We suggest you get started with a keynote address by Dr. Jorgensen, which will enable you to see his powerful methodology at work and determine if JLC’s system inspires and educates your team. Keynotes are 90 minutes in duration.
Secondly, JLC offers full-day Sessions that enables participants to dig deeply into their organization’s problems, realize the causation, and work with Dr. Jorgensen on opening up communication channels to create solutions. These are intense, daily sessions designed for a minimum of 25 participants.
