JLC applies its leadership development abilities to a variety of project types, including enhancing learning outcomes, merger and acquisition integration, business process design, project turnarounds, software selections, customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning, clinical information systems, and dozens of others.  

Generally, JLC serves in a consultative role and develops internal capacity to lead and successfully accomplish projects through the disciplines of Strategic Thinking and Conversational Leadership®. By following these two disciplines, clients can more effectively develop leadership at all levels within their organizations, sustain motivation and engagement, and consistently finish projects within time and budget constraints.

In addition, the firm is frequently asked to fill interim leadership positions, help hire replacements, support the transition, and coach/mentor replacements.  We also offer assistance to our clients in the areas of change management, recruiting, communication design and implementation, business and technical analysis, and business case development.

Our multidisciplinary team of associates has an accumulation of over 100 years of experience in government, military, education, business, public, private and nonprofit corporations. We are separated from our counterparts primarily due to our methodology and ability to support leaders in project and initiative completion. 

The foundations of JLC's methods come from those of the Society for Organizational Learning (SOL). However, we have modified and refined its methods based on twenty years of practical experience with our clients.
