About the Event
Whether you are looking for a personalized method for developing your leadership, creating adaptable and innovative environments, attracting and retaining top talent, or achieving yearly academic goals, this course provides the space to inspire innovative ideas and take action on the things that matter. Each week you will craft and utilize guiding questions that support appreciative inquiry and generative learning while engaging in effective conversations and collaboration. When you change your conversations, you create an environment to enhance instructional practice as well as increase student achievement.
SESSION TIME & DATES:
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
CREDITS: 25 hours of Act 45 credit (13 hours of in-class time and 12 hours of job embedded experience). The course begins with an opening session facilitated by Ray Jorgensen, Ph.D. followed by three separate coaching sessions with Julie B. Wise, Ph.D. The course will culminate with a session run by Dr. Jorgensen.
