Today she is the President and enjoys engaging in conversations with thought leaders from around the world such as CEOs, Superintendents and senior military officers. In order to sustain a culture of continuous process improvement, psychological safety and trust, Rubi ensures that every conversation includes her best thinking in the moment. She has a sense of satisfaction when everyone's ideas come together with honesty and integrity.

She has provided executive coaching to over 3,000 C-Suite executives, designed and facilitated over 6,000 meetings and presented 4,000 leadership communication sessions. Her executive coaching and leadership communication sessions have been sought out by fortune 50 companies, senior military leaders as well as hospitals and clinics worldwide.
She incorporates leading-edge disciplines and tools, including Conversational Leadership to foster sustainable change. Colleen Sullivan, M.Ed.
Julie has spent the past two decades facilitating customized leadership training for educators, executives and entrepreneurs. She has consulted with international and state educational organizations, universities and individual school districts, providing an effective framework to guide strategic planning.
Prior to joining the JLC team, Julie taught at the college level in both the graduate and undergraduate literacy programs. She is a published author and her work in the area of digital identities and adolescent literacy practices is featured in a wide range of peer-reviewed journals.
With a Ph.D. in Education, she draws from her qualitative research training through inquiry-based conversations that allow leaders to get in touch with their thoughts and glean insight into possibilities and different perspectives. This process requires courage to slow down the conversation and intervene in the habitual ways of thinking and speaking.
Julie has spent the last few years supporting C-level executives in a variety of healthcare modalities to systematize protocols, establish a more productive flow on the floor and leverage learning conversations to cultivate a common language and a shared vision.

Within those roles, Nichole led and contributed to high-profile projects and initiatives with large-scale impact while collaborating with and advising Senior and Executive Leaders.
Leveraging her training in project management, performance analysis, program design, leadership development, and facilitation, she spent the last 10 years identifying learning needs and creating solutions to help business areas achieve greater results. Nichole has created more than 500 development deliverables and her work has impacted more than 10,000 leaders.
Nichole is known for her expertise in Employee Engagement, Building Organizational Culture, Team Development, Creating Psychological Safety, Strategy Development, Performance Improvement, Change Management, and Leading Workshops and Dialogue Sessions.

Kristy is a Certified Public Accountant and has been working in this field for over 20 years. She received her BS in Accounting from North Greenville University. Her experience is diverse in that she has handled internal control features, as well as a position in public accounting. This includes tax preparation and attest engagements/financial statement preparation.
Being on the inside and outside of different companies allows for an understanding of the full financial business cycle. It also provides the ability to plan in a proactive manner, to put processes in place to deter negative financial situations.
She is also a QuickBooks Diamond Level ProAdvisor. This designation allows for company file setup and training services, to meet internal financial requirements.
Financial specialist entails paying close attention to details and putting information in correct form to speed up internal accounting processes. The final result is to provide reports that will inform management how the business is performing financially, as well as projecting for the future.

Kristy M. Campbell, CPA
Dena has more than 20 years’ experience guiding public service leaders. Dena’s expertise is in capacity building, strategy, process analysis and improvement, and individual coaching. She has developed and delivered customized leadership programs, including leadership certification programs, to international, state and local governments and NGOs. She has worked across a variety of industries including information technology, public information and communications, and health and mental health.
With Dr. Ray Jorgensen, Dena co-authored JLC’s Oracle of the Obvious. She has also contributed to several scholarly and pop culture collections on leadership, strategic thinking, and applied philosophy.
Dena has a bachelor's degree in Economics and a master’s degree and doctorate in Philosophy. This blend of academic research allows her to draw on the intersections of business, non-profit and government leadership to create unique and dynamic facilitated programs and keynote presentations.
